Scale
1 1/2 pounds large shrimp, peeled and deveined
1 teaspoon kosher salt
1/2 teaspoon smoked paprika
1/4 teaspoon red pepper flakes
2 tablespoons olive oil
3 tablespoons unsalted butter
5 garlic cloves, minced

Instructions
Season: Pat the shrimp very dry and toss with salt, smoked paprika, and red pepper flakes.
Sear: Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium-high. Cook the shrimp in one layer for 1 to 2 minutes per side, working in batches if needed, then transfer to a plate.
Make the sauce: Lower the heat, add butter and garlic, and cook for 30 seconds. Stir in orange juice, lemon juice, and orange zest.
Glaze: Return the shrimp and toss for 30 to 60 seconds, just until coated and opaque throughout.
Assemble: Place one shrimp on each warm baguette round, spoon over a little garlic butter, and finish with parsley.
